ID, Use Fee, Health Club & Marina Cards: ID cards are available for all SV residents and serve as proof of residency. Those who don't wish to purchase the Use Fee or Health Club, and don't have Marina Storage, can obtain a non-access I.D. card that grants a 10% discount at Bob's Burgers & Brew Restaurant. Use Fee, Health Club, and Marina cards contain a computer chip that allows entrance to the amenities as well as 10% off at Bob's. Contact Recreation to obtain an Access ID card (Use Fee, Marina and Health Club cards). Contact Administration to obtain a Non-Access ID card.

Area Z Storage: A secured storage area is available to all residents for recreational vehicles. Secured storage is $100.00 quarterly or $400.00 annually.

Channel 10 Advertising: Advertising on our local TV Channel 10 is open to everyone. Click here or on "Administration Forms" near the top of this page for specifications and submittal form. Please note that pre-payment is required.

Dumpster Site: There is a dumpster in Area Z for your convenience. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 8:30 a.m., 12:00 - 12:30 p.m., and 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. The charge is based on the type and amount of refuse to be dumped. (No appliances, mattresses or upholstered furniture.) Current rates are as follows: 1 Garbage Bag: $3.00, Full Size Pickup (8' box): $70.00 - $80.00, Full Size Pickup (6' box): $60.00 - $70.00, Small Pickup: $45.00 - $55.00. For Sale Signs: Sudden Valley requires all signs to be uniform. Signs can be purchased at the Administration Office for $20.00. You can also order them on-line by clicking the "Administration Forms" tab at the top of this page. Please note that pre-payment is required.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available for golf and can be obtained through the Pro Shop.

Home Security Checks: The Home Security Check is available to all members in good standing. The cost for this service is $12.00 per week. Security will check on your home twice a week while you’re away. Just call the Administration Office (or click on "Administration Forms" at the top of this page) to give us your departing information. Please note that pre-payment is required.

Maps: Div/Lot and Street Address maps are available for purchase at the cost of $5.00 at the Administration office.

Sudden Valley Charge Cards: Charge cards are available for property owners only. Applications can be obtained through the Administration office.
