SVCA COMMUNITY PLAN

VISION STATEMENT
In 2015, Sudden Valley is recognized as an exceptional place to live. Our neighborhoods are diverse, safe and stable, and residents are respectful of each other. Sudden Valley has maintained the natural beauty of the surroundings by preserving and honoring its covenants. Environmental sensitivity and watershed protection are integral parts of everyday life in the valley. Commercial development has been kept small in scale and oriented toward serving the local residents. Our infrastructure has kept pace with our growth providing the utilities, capital facilities and transportation alternatives needed to support property values. Our parks and the varied recreational opportunities, which are central features to living in Sudden Valley, further enhance property values. The Community Association is well managed, financially secure and is valued and supported by the residents. Employees are well trained, accessible and responsive in providing services that meet the needs of our community. Community participation in the affairs of the Association is both supported and encouraged. A high level of volunteerism, reflecting a strong cooperative spirit, provides additional services within the community. Sudden Valley’s people, its environment, its Community Association and its community spirit have made for a very attractive and desirable quality of life.
