Consent to Receive Electronic Notices & Ballots

Pursuant to RCW 64.38.035(2)(c) and RCW 24.03.009

I, the undersigned homeowner, voluntarily consent to receive official communications from the Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA), including but not limited to:

  • Meeting notices
  • Annual and special meeting ballots
  • Financial statements and reports
  • Rule changes and policy updates
  • Any other official SVCA correspondence

I understand that:

  1. Notices and ballots will be sent to the email address and/or cell phone number I provided below (Message and data rates may apply).
  2. I am responsible for ensuring my contact information remains current with SVCA.
  3. I may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to SVCA.
  4. SVCA will maintain a record of this consent as required by Washington State law.
