Proposed Revisions to the SVCA Bylaws

Sudden Valley’s Document Review Committee, in collaboration with the Association’s legal counsel, has prepared a revised version of the Sudden Valley Bylaws. The Bylaws must be updated to be in compliance with the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA). Please review the proposed revisions and submit your comments so they can be taken into account before the document is finalized for the ballot in November. Comments will be accepted until end of day Friday, August 21, 2026.
