New Buyer Information

Welcome to Sudden Valley! Whether you have already invested in our Community, or are just doing your research, the below information may be useful to you!

Homeowners in Sudden Valley pay a share of common expenses per “lot” (including condominium units). These expenses arise from the costs of maintaining common property, such as maintenance, staff, roads, parks, community buildings, pools, a portion of other amenities, and so forth.

Dues can be paid via:

  • Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) – Preferred Method

  • In Person at the Administrative Office – Check or Cash Only*
  • Online via Card – With a Fee

*Credit Card payments for dues are not accepted at the office per regulatory requirements.

Please see the Paying Dues page for more information.
