Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing requests to make exterior modifications to your property. These may include requests regarding limbing or removing a tree, general landscaping, exterior paint, adding or replacing a patio, roof, skylight, deck, generator, heat pump, playground equipment, gutters, windows, or anything else that changes the look of the exterior of the property.

Attending Committee Meetings
The ACC normally has meetings the first and third Thursdays of every month. Generally one is scheduled as a 9:00 AM meeting and one is scheduled as a 5:00 PM meeting. The schedule is subject to change. Please be sure to check the Agenda and Minutes page to confirm dates, times, and deadlines for request submissions.
