What: White Mountain will be restricted to one lane for storm water utility work, flaggers and signs will be posted by contractor

The intersection of Lost Lake Lane and Yearling Place will be closed starting Tuesday, 9-8-20 for replacement of Culvert C200. The closure will be isolated to this intersection, and no impact to residents is expected other than the closure of this intersection. Work is anticipated to take approximately 1 week to complete. A temporary asphalt patch will be installed with the final asphalt patch being completed the end of September.
The intersection of Polo Park Drive and Summer Bell Lane will be closed starting Thursday, 9-10-20 for approximately 3 weeks. The closure is for replacement of 3 culverts and ditch maintenance at this location. The road will be open for local access to homes up to the intersection for all residents. Residents living on Summer Bell Lane will need to access from the west side of Polo Park Drive (Lake Louise side).
A water leak was reported to SVCA in the early afternoon Thursday 8/27, Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District is responding. Expect road restrictions while repairs are underway. What: Jubilee Lane will be restricted to one lane for utility installation by Cascade Natural Gas, flaggers and signs will be posted by contractor

Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer Dist., is responding to a substantial water leak in the vicinity of 370 Sudden Valley Drive, flaggers and signage will be in place and monitored by the LWWSD. Motorist are advised to use caution if you transiting this area. Currently there is firm estimated time of repair.
