Special N&E Meeting 9/8/20

On Tuesday, September 8th at 5:30 p.m., the Nominations and Elections Committee will hold a special meeting in order to sort Candidate Applications for the 2020 AGM. Candidate names will be drawn lottery-style to determine their order of appearance on the ballot.

9/8/20 ROAD CLOSURE- Lost Lake Ln and Yearling Pl

The intersection of Lost Lake Lane and Yearling Place will be closed starting Tuesday, 9-8-20 for replacement of Culvert C200.  The closure will be isolated to this intersection, and no impact to residents is expected other than the closure of this intersection.  Work is anticipated to take approximately 1 week to complete.  A temporary asphalt patch will be installed with the final asphalt patch being completed the end of September.

9/10/20 ROAD CLOSURE- Polo Park Dr and Summer Bell Ln

The intersection of Polo Park Drive and Summer Bell Lane will be closed starting Thursday, 9-10-20 for approximately 3 weeks.  The closure is for replacement of 3 culverts and ditch maintenance at this location.  The road will be open for local access to homes up to the intersection for all residents.  Residents living on Summer Bell Lane will need to access from the west side of Polo Park Drive (Lake Louise side).

WATER LEAK- Corner of Far Summit and North Point (Gate 1)

A water leak was reported to SVCA in the early afternoon Thursday 8/27, Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District is responding. Expect road restrictions while repairs are underway. For more information, contact 360-734-6430 to speak with a member of our Admin team, who will be happy to direct you to an available Manager if needed.

ROAD RESTRICTION SUDDEN VALLEY DRIVE (GATE 3)

Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer Dist., is responding to a substantial water leak in the vicinity of 370 Sudden Valley Drive, flaggers and signage will be in place and monitored by the LWWSD. Motorist are advised to use caution if you transiting this area. Currently there is firm estimated time of repair.
