Now that Washington State has opened back up, Sudden Valley will begin allowing pool party reservations for both the Main Pool & the Quiet Pool. During these reservation times, the pool will be used exclusively and will not be available for the public or members to use. We apologize for the delay in providing this service and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. We hope that people will be able to reserve the pool for parties such as birthdays, baby showers, and any other kinds of celebrations!
Sherwin Williams currently has two sets of Pre-Approved Colors on their website. We are in contact with Sherwin Williams and they are remediating issue on their corporate site. As per our Sherwin Williams representative, “The old colors listed on our website are scheduled to be removed. Unfortunately, it does take 4-6 weeks for this to happen”. The current colors are listed “Sudden Valley Community Association” NOT “Sudden Valley HOA”. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
The 2021 Sudden Valley Flea Market will be held on Saturday, September 18th on the tennis courts at the Marina. The registration fee is $15 per event and tables are available for rent for $10 (limit 1 table per vendor). Payment must be made prior to or at the time of submission. The Whatcom Conservation District is offering 2 Wildfire Workshops this summer in partnership with the City of Bellingham. Choose from a Virtual Workshop on Tuesday July 27th or an In-person Workshop on Tuesday August 31st at the Geneva Fire Station.
These Workshops are FREE and are from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Learn from local experts about wildfire risk, preparedness, response, tree & forest health, FREE wildfire evaluations for your property, and more!

Starting in September, Tai Chi will start back up and be held in the Dance Barn every Thursday from 10 am – noon. Tai Chi is a free class and all who participate need to be vaccinated and preferably wear a mask. This class will continue until December 9th and there will be no class on Thanksgiving (11/25).
