Sudden Valley is proud of its community and offers activities for all ages and abilities, including the following amenities:

- Clubhouse, featuring El Agave Mexican restaurant and the Golf Course Pro Shop
- Community Center, the hub of the Recreation Department, hosting a well-equipped fitness center, relaxation areas, children’s playroom, infant room, meeting rooms, event space, game lounge, and free wi-fi
- Marina, featuring wet slips, dry slips, canoe and kayak storage, children’s playground, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, and off-leash dog park

The 8th Hole Bridge is Now Open!
The bridge is installed, asphalt cart path restored, and bridge railing installed. The bridge is now open for pedestrian and cart traffic. Some additional drainage work is scheduled for later this month.
