Facility Rental Applications can be submitted to njones@suddenvalley.com.

Free Community Events Policy: Any member wishing to propose a free community event should first complete the detailed Free Event Facility Rental Application which can be emailed to office@suddenvalley.com or brought to the SVCA Welcome Center or the SVCA Community Center.

In order for rental fees to be waived, the event must meet the following criteria:

• Must be open to and inclusive of all residents.
• Must be free.
• Secular events only.
• Not for the purpose of promoting a business.
• Requires refundable cleaning deposit.
