With Access Card, you can access the Fitness Center 5am-9pm daily.
The facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.

Marina
The Sudden Valley Marina contains both wet and dry boat docking options for Sudden Valley residents. There is also a public boat launch and other recreational facilities. Due to high demand, there is a waitlist for both wet and dry boat docking slips.

Docks and the boat launch open daily from 6:00AM – 9:00PM (With Access Card Permissions)
Marina Office Hours: 9:45AM – 1:00PM | 1:30PM – 6:15PM | Friday-Sunday | Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend

Use Requirements
Daily/Seasonal Boat Launch Passes: Can be purchased at the Welcome Center or Community Center.
Vessel Requires to Launch: Vessel/Trailer Registration, Insurance, and 2026 AIS Permits are required prior to launching. Stickers must be displayed on your vessel.
Bring your own PPE (personal protective equipment).
Vessel/Trailer Storage & Waitlist
Wet and dry marina storage spots are available for Sudden Valley residents. Due to high demand, there is a waitlist, which can be viewed below. To enter the waitlist, please complete the application below. There is a $100 fee for the waitlist. Waitlist & use of Marina Slips, Kayak Racks, and Area-Z Storage Facility is only open to SVCA To get on the waiting list, email: recfrontdesk@suddenvalley.com – (Please include your name and phone number)
AIS Permits
A 2026 AIS permit Is required for all vessels/kayaks/canoes. AIS will be present at the Sudden Valley Marina from 9:00AM – 4:00PM every weekend from Memorial Day until the end of September.
To schedule a boat inspection and obtain a permit, please contact AIS.

Kayak Storage
Kayak and canoe storage is available for residents at six locations. Due to high demand, there is a waitlist.
