For road closures, road restrictions, and other road related updates.
At 18 Inlet Circle, there will be a road closure June 6 from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM . There will also be another road closure all day from Monday, June 13 until end of day Wednesday, June 15 at this same location. Please allow extra time for your daily commute and thank you for your patience.
There will be a total road closure at 19 Stable Lane on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 from 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM due to construction in that area. Thank you for your patience.
There will be a total road closure at 19 Stable Lane on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM due to construction in that area. Thank you for your patience.
Due to a concrete pour, there may be traffic restrictions or blockages at 81 Grand View Lane. The roadway should be passible by travelling the opposite direction on Swallow Circle should an obstruction occur.
The roadway should be fully clear again by Friday, March 11th.
On Tuesday, January 25th, Polo Park Drive will have a full road closure for repairs at the Beaver Creek culvert. This is the section of roadway just north of Sunnyside. The closure is expected to last from 7:30am to 5:30pm.
Southern Court Closed for Emergency Repairs
Southern Court will be temporarily closed 12/13 – 12/16 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Southern Court Residents should access via Louise View during these hours, if needed.
In the event of an emergency, the construction crew will clear the road as quickly as possible to provide immediate access.

Due to construction, the end of Swallow Circle at 81 Grand View Drive will be temporarily closed for the purpose of unloading Trusses. This Tuesday 12/14/2021 from approximately 10am-2pm.

Due to work on a culvert, there could be some occasional road restrictions along the stretch of Harborview Drive between Plum and Rose Ridge Loop. We do not expect these road restrictions to occur beyond Friday, December 3rd (today).
Due to recent weather events the following roads are closed indefinitely until repaired.
Due to a need for emergency tree removal, there will be an unexpected road closure on Wednesday 11-24 at Tumbling Water Drive near the bridge past the Gate 5 entrance. Work is expected to start at 10am.
There will be flaggers to help manage traffic along Tumbling Water and every effort will be made to keep any complete closure time to a minimum. We apologize for such short notice and appreciate your patience and understanding.
