- Marina, featuring wet slips, dry slips, canoe and kayak storage, children’s playground, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, and off-leash dog park

Finance Committee Meeting to be Rescheduled
Tonight's regular meeting of the Finance Committee has been postponed. It will be rescheduled for a later date that is still to be determined. The new meeting date and time will be posted.
Admin Office Closed Wednesday, April 20th
The Sudden Valley Administration offices have closed for the rest of the day today. We expect to reopen with normal operating hours Thursday, April 21st (tomorrow).

PROPERTY TRANSFER FEE REFUND UPDATE
