Sudden Valley is proud of its community and offers activities for all ages and abilities, including the following amenities:

- Clubhouse, featuring El Agave Mexican restaurant and the Golf Course Pro Shop
- Community Center, the hub of the Recreation Department, hosting a well-equipped fitness center, relaxation areas, children’s playroom, infant room, meeting rooms, event space, game lounge, and free wi-fi
- Marina, featuring wet slips, dry slips, canoe and kayak storage, children’s playground, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, and off-leash dog park

Tonight's regular meeting of the Sudden Valley Board of Directors is being rescheduled to Wednesday, March 30th. The meeting will be moved up to 6pm and a new agenda will be posted.
