2026 Annual General Meeting

Don’t have a ballot or just prefer to vote in person? That works too!
You can vote in person on Saturday, November 7th. You must register between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in the Community Center (lower level of the Dance Barn).
If you choose to vote in person, do not bring the ballot that you received by mail; you will be issued a new ballot at registration. You may cast your ballot during registration OR you can wait and cast your registered ballot at the AGM which starts at 1:00 p.m. in the Dance Barn.
Voter Information
Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA) is once again offering the opportunity to vote in the Annual General Meeting online via an e-ballot. E-ballots are emailed to owners who consented to receiving their official ballot electronically.
The deadline to consent to receiving an SVCA e-ballot is 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026. E-ballots will begin sending to consenting members at 9:00 a.m. on September 30, 2026.
