ACC Meeting to be Rescheduled
The Thursday, September 15th meeting of the ACC was unable to proceed due to lack of a committee quorum. The ACC will reschedule that meeting and it will be announced on the website when that meeting will take place.
Architectural Control Committee Vacancies
The SVCA Architectural Control Committee(ACC) has four vacancies on its committee. Candidates must be SVCA Members in good standing and be interested in how County and Sudden Valley policies interact to determine what is built, or not built, in our valley.
ACC Candidates should be prepared to spend approximately 20 hours per month in the conduct of their duties. Members interested in serving should fill out the “Committee Volunteer Form” found at the “Volunteer Opportunities” button on the website or pick up a paper copy from the pamphlet file at the Administration Office. Update on the ACC Pre-Approved House Paint Colors
Sherwin Williams currently has two sets of Pre-Approved Colors on their website. We are in contact with Sherwin Williams and they are remediating issue on their corporate site. As per our Sherwin Williams representative, “The old colors listed on our website are scheduled to be removed. Unfortunately, it does take 4-6 weeks for this to happen”. The current colors are listed “Sudden Valley Community Association” NOT “Sudden Valley HOA”. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
